The Story
Magnify Your Marketability was founded by Diana YK Chan in January 2011 to address the global talent shortage problem by developing more top talent that makes a difference in the world.
When Diana recruited for high-calibre MBA and Executive MBA candidates for the #1 business school in Canada, Richard Ivey School of Business, she met thousands of candidates and less than 1% stood out. She wondered why and learned about what differentiated top candidates. 
She discovered that these top candidates have a deep understanding of who they are, what they want, and what they have to offer. In essence, they have a unique personal brand that differentiates.
As such, Diana made it a mission to help people unleash their unique talents so that they become more confident in owning their inner genius and greatness that makes a great impact.
One day, Diana had an ah-ha moment that summarized the strategic steps to differentiate and become top talent. She created the Magnify Your Marketability 4Ds’ framework:
From there, she started to deliver speaking engagements and training sessions. This was how Magnify Your Marketability was born!
